Sunphase is a new generation phytase, originated from Escherichia coli. It is produced by advanced bio-engineering techniques, which makes Sunphase an efficient phytase in increasing availability of phytate, reducing inorganic phosphorus usage in animal diets and improving animal performance as well as decreasing feed cost in an eco-friendly way. A major drawback of the wide use of phytase in general is the heat stability required for these enzymes to withstand the conditioning and pelleting processes of feed. The availability of heat-stable phytase would circumvent the problem. Sunphase HT is originated from heat resistant strain and has a high intrinsic resistance to heat during the feed manufacturing process.
